I commend her for consigning local items, but she's really tough to deal with. If you need to return something, the answer you'll get is "Sorry, I already paid the artist/owner. I can't refund or exchange."
That would be fine, except when you talk to the artists who have items in her store, it almost takes legal threats to get your money out of her. Really like dealing with a bipolar customer service agent. Good luck staying open!
