unprofessional. my sister called yesterday and Brian was very nice and pleasant outlining prices for their services. When she called back today to let him know that we had cremated my father elsewhere and we would like to use his services for the visitation he laughed at her and said they were a packaged deal--the cremation and visitation--and commented that he doesn't run a hotel. my father passed away two days ago. unprofessional.
